InstaCoustic provides a comprehensive range of high performance acoustic floor, wall and ceiling systems, for both refurbishment and new build, which are manufactured and tested to the highest standards, comply with the latest Building Regulations and provide excellent sound insulation against airborne and impact noise levels through concrete, timber and masonry. InstaCoustic provides a complete service from design through to installation, including onsite testing and a full certification service, plus technical support and advice on pre-completion testing and robust details.

Building Regulations & Testing

Our acoustic systems have been designed to comply with, and exceed, the latest Building Regulations, (Part E, England; H, Scotland; G, Northern Ireland). They are suitable for Pre-Completion Testing and systems are available that comply with Robust Details FFT1, FFT2, FFT3 & FFT5. We also provide an on site pre-PCT testing service by independent acousticians to find the most appropriate acoustic solution for each situation.

Our Sports Floors meet BS 7044: Part 4 and the European DIN 18032/prEN 14049.
