Part of the Croydon Vision 2020 regeneration programme, Saffron Square is a major new mixed use development incorporating a landmark 43 storey tower with multi-coloured exterior lighting, six different low rise blocks and a landscaped public square flanked by cafes, bars and shops.

Hardinge Barracks, Hounslow (C40 & 208)
The Grade II listed Hardinge Barracks had been standing empty for 15 years prior to its refurbishment to bring it up to current building standards, under the SLAM (Single Living Accommodation Modules) initiative, for the Ministry of Defence.
BLOC Hotel, London Gatwick Airport (Acoustic Cradles)
A 1960’s former office building at Gatwick Airport’s south terminal has been completely stripped out and converted into a new five storey 245 bedroom BLOC hotel.
Hampton Academy, Richmond upon Thames (Acoustic Cradles)
