Why should I attend?
To gain valuable information on current acoustic regulations and how to ‘get it right first time’. We also explain how noise is transmitted and what noise actually is – things which not everyone realises.
What skills will I learn?
The seminar covers Document E acoustic regulations, Robust Details and pre-completion testing as well as looking at how noise is transmitted and key factors that govern the performance of an acoustic system using case studies. It also covers LABC Registered Solutions and acoustic underlays.
How much does it cost?
The CPD Seminar is presented free of charge and we also cover reasonable lunch expenses.
Where is the Seminar held?
To save you time and travelling costs, we come to your premises and hold the CPD within your environment to suit your timetable. We provide all necessary equipment including samples to aid explanations.
Who can attend and how many?
Any one from your practice or company can attend and how many depends on size of the room, although we do request that there is a minimum of four attendees.
How long does the Seminar last?
It lasts from 45 minutes to a maximum of an hour, but can be tailored to suit your requirements. Participation is actively encouraged in a question and answer session, although questions at any time are welcomed and CPD Certificates will be issued.
